Terms & privacy
Social Media Marketing Circle is a programme of The Crimson Market. Contact comms@thecrimsonmarket.com for questions, profile changes, payment concerns or privacy requests.
Your founding contribution
The standard contribution is one payment of USD 200. An authorized reduced invitation may apply a lower contribution, shown before checkout. There is no recurring merchant subscription. The first round has ten paid places. A place is confirmed after Stripe verifies payment. Checkout displays the payable amount.
Your listing and placements
Your contribution buys a permanent listing for the operating life of Social Media Marketing Circle, subject to these terms. Ongoing placements depend on the continued operation of the programme, communities and third-party platforms. We plan a prominent Social Media Marketing Circle section on afreegiveaway.com/discount-codes at launch and weekly alerts to relevant participating Discord communities. Outages and platform restrictions can delay delivery. We do not guarantee sales, impressions, revenue, unique audience size, return on investment or a particular creator endorsement.
Your business and offer
You must be authorized to represent your business and use its logo. You give us permission to display the submitted business name, logo, website and offer to deliver this programme. You remain responsible for your products, website, discount terms, exclusions and expiry date. Keep your offer current. Expired codes are hidden until renewed. We may remove unsafe, unlawful, misleading or abusive offers and suspend listings associated with refunded or disputed payments. Contact Amelia to resolve a problem.
Monthly checks and weekly alerts
Monthly checks review website availability and the supplied expiry date and request merchant confirmation of code validity. A website check does not verify a checkout redemption. Weekly alerts link to the member offer and do not publish the secret code. Weekly delivery applies to relevant configured participating communities, rather than every server. You may update your offer through your TCM account.
Member access
Public merchant profiles may appear in the shared circle embedded on other websites, styled to match each host. Profile updates carry across those embeds. Named future placements are planned until confirmed live. Embedded offers open a secure member tab for sign-in and code reveals.
Listings are public. Revealing a current code requires TCM sign-in, an attached active customer and a current subscription. Someone who reveals a code may share it, so confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Your checkout controls determine whether it can be redeemed. Reveal counts are not verified purchases.
Payment concerns
Stripe processes payment securely; we do not receive full card details. Contact us about payment mistakes or service concerns so we can investigate and agree an appropriate resolution. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
We store your TCM identifier, relevant profile and membership information, business profile, encrypted discount code, payment references, accepted terms, communications, offer checks and reveal events. Public listings show business details, logo, website, offer description, redemption instructions and expiry. They do not expose your email or code. Membership is checked on the server for each reveal.
Providers include Google Cloud for hosting and research, Microsoft for email, Stripe for payments, MongoDB for storage, TCM OAuthProvider for sign-in and OpenAI for Amelia replies. Relevant conversation content is processed to assist replies. Discount secrets are not sent to discovery models or Discord. Records are retained as needed to operate the programme, resolve concerns and meet applicable obligations. Contact us for access, correction or deletion. Required payment and suppression records may need to be retained.
Invitations
Invitations identify Social Media Marketing Circle and include an unsubscribe route without sign-in. Unsubscribe requests and clear refusals stop further invitations and follow-ups. Lower contributions, when offered, reflect founding-round pricing, with no fabricated personal subsidy or promise of sales. Amelia is a virtual assistant and answers truthfully when asked about automation.
